Pet Policy

We love your pets and are excited to welcome them to their new home! 

• All pet owners must register their pet with petscreening.com
• Pet Fee: $300
• Pet Rent: $35/month per pet
• Pet Limit:  2 pets per apartment
• Weight limit: No more than 160 lbs. combined
• Fish are allowed with a maximum tank size of 50 gallons
• Exotic species: Including hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, and all reptiles, are not permitted without written permission from the community manager
• Breed restrictions for certain dog breeds, except for assistance animals
